Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your email address and password (stored securely as a hash).

Business Information

To provide payroll services, we collect information about your business including legal name, EIN (Employer Identification Number), address, and state tax account information.

Employee Information

For each employee you add, we collect name, date of birth, Social Security Number (encrypted), address, pay rate, and tax withholding information (W-4 data).

Payroll Data

We collect and store timesheet entries, payroll calculations, pay stubs, and tax form data (W-2, 940, 941).

Usage Data

We automatically collect information about how you access and use Tracta, including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time spent on pages.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain Tracta
  • Process payroll and generate tax documents
